Visit the IONOS administration panel by going to "". Login using the credentials that you have used when creating your IONOS by 1&1 account. If you don't remember your password anymore, use the "Forgot your password?" feature.
In the next step you will have to choose the relevant domain. If you have configured "example.com" inside Authentick Translate, then this would be the right domain to choose.
You will then have to choose the DNS configuration section. On the top you will see a blue navigation bar in which you have to choose "DNS".
The interface should now show you all configured DNS entries. Don't be confused if there are additional or different entries, as every website uses different services and subdomain the configuration can also look different.
In above screenshot you can see an "Add record" button, now click this button and enter the following details:
The preview should look like this: de.example.com 3600 IN CNAME hosted.translate.authentick.net
Now press "Save" and the setup of Authentick Translate is completed. Your website should now be accessible and translated under your new subdomain.
